The Baby & Me Pageant will begin at 6pm in the Performing Arts Center followed by the Little Mr & Miss Plattsburg Pageant for ages 4-5. Participants for both pageants are encouraged to dress as an "Under the Big Top" performer. Registration forms are available at City Hall.
